Question
If Spirit is the Substance of all form, then where does work come in? I am becoming less and less motivated to work to become successful and financially prosperous because I find it far more fulfilling sitting in the Silence!
Where does work come in? Will my situation of lack disappear miraculously, or do I have to act somehow before my good becomes tangible? If so, how do I engage myself in "doing" even though I feel little motivation for these tasks?

You ARE the infinite Spirit Itself, the One Infinite Fulfillment. Fulfillment is ACTIVITY, EXPRESSION. The infinite expression is PERFECT and OMNIPRESENT, both as what the mind experiences as inner and outer.
In Truth, there is not an "inner" and an "outer". There is only One. As it says in The Miracle Self, the infinite Invisible and the finite visible are One and the same. It is only the mind that experiences the One separately.
If you are feeling unmotivated in the outer it might be that you are not expressing your true fulfillment at this moment. When you are expressing your fulfillment the "outer" activity is pure joy - the inner and outer are ONE. If the "outer" feels disappointing, you may be in a process of evolving through one phase of expression to the next.
Spirit is all Form, Infinite Perfection, forever manifested, here and now. But remember, ALL IS ONE. You are that One; you are the state of awareness that IS THAT ONE FULFILLMENT ITSELF, yet only tangibly experiencing the degree of individual conscious awareness you "possess" at this moment. If your awareness - consciousness - at this moment, contains degrees of lack, limitation or discord, THAT IS THE "SUBSTANCE" OF EXPRESSION YOU WILL EXPERIENCE. You never can "escape" from the particular awareness your consciousness "contains" at any moment.
Fulfillment is not, and cannot, be individual experience when "inner" awareness is peaceful and harmonious, yet "outer" sense is of limit, lack or discord. The Peace and Harmony that is your infinite Reality cannot shine through a mind identifying with finite form and condition.
As you still identify with "outer" finite things and conditions as being your life, or situation, or condition, then no matter how much you sit in the stillness and peace within, you will witness hardly any "outer" harmony.
The manifested supply flows out into visibility from within, AS the outer scene… ONE PRESENCE, ONE SUBSTANCE, ONE FORM, ONE ACTIVITY, ONE INTELLIGENCE. If YOU separate the inner from the outer (a false sense of separation) you block the appearance of the manifested life, supply and form in the tangible sense.
Do not ever be afraid of phasing out of one outer expression of activity, to a new, if your current activity is not any longer your passion. You will discover a wonderful new activity, now Spirit-driven, and THEN, certainly, it will be tangibly creative, giving, successful and wealthy.
