As you know this truth, you only have to sit still, silent and receptive, feeling truth happening, feeling God happening, knowing that as you feel truth happening you are experiencing your tangible, truthful, whole and perfect body.

This is the way of healing, and has nothing to do with focusing on and attempting to heal the "physical." Yet the appearance is that the physical heals.
