The first step in achieving spiritual illumination is the realization of oneness—not to separate, not to divide, not to categorize, not to think of the body as being physical, walking the “outer” earth on legs, powered by internal organs and functions, all operated by a brain.

Self and body are consciousness and consciousness is oneness—the omnipresence of oneness.

You will be amazed at the miracle of healing often experienced just with a lifted awareness of oneness (omnipresent oneness) being your body, consciousness being your body.

Why? Consciousness can never have anything wrong with it. Consciousness is itself life, therefore the body realized as consciousness is itself life tangibly experienced.
