So the first step in spiritual illumination is to lift out of the personal sense of self, in all its ways, into the realization that consciousness is I, that “consciousness is my body.”

There is no unembodied consciousness; there is only oneness, and oneness is forever embodied, manifested, tangible and visible.

Therefore, the one real body is the body of consciousness, and “I am that I am.”
