In order to experience true identity, including true body, I have to realize that I—the whole universe of me—am consciousness.

I am not a human being with a mental mind existing in a physical body. I do not have a physical family, friend, neighbor or colleague; I do not live in a material home in a certain state, country or world, suspended in a vast universe.

I am spiritual being, spiritual mind and body, existing in the boundless eternity of the spiritual universe.
