Begin now. Lift away and keep away as best you are able, from the belief of a personal self existing in a vast material universe which seems to be “out there” separate and different from the mental self you believe you are and the physical body you believe you have.

Lift into the light of truth this hour. You “and” your apparent physical body are actually consciousness, the one all-inclusive (universal) consciousness of you, the one omnipresence of you with no part or aspect of experience being personal, local, different, separate or less than the whole of consciousness, omnipresent at every point of itself at the same time.

This is what you are and what you experience.
