Look beyond the physical, finite sense of body, thing, and world. Realize that everything you are conscious of, including its inner-outer form, is consciousness itself.

As you observe, for example, your room and its contents, realize that these are not matter; they are not physical or structural. They are God, consciousness, spirit sensed objectively.
