What you observe, even though it appears to be a person, object, place, activity or condition “out there” different and separate from you, is not different and separate. It is the one I of you, the one consciousness sensed as form.

It is nothing different from I, consciousness.

It is not “over there” but right here as a form of consciousness in experience. It is an aspect of your one body.

The infinite variety of body, form, activity, amount, color, fragrance, quality, character, nature, place and condition we each observe is the one consciousness we are, experienced individually and uniquely.

Because all is the one consciousness, consciousness is the one body-of-being.

This body-of-being is our one true body.
