Also begin to understand that because the body is consciousness, your and my individual experience of the body varies depending on the degree of belief we accept about it.

Consciousness devoid of belief is perfect health, but belief clouds the experience of pure consciousness giving us the impression of heath vs. illness, injury, disability, old age; weight issues, fatigue issues, and eventually death.

When you understand this, you immediately begin to drop belief and awaken to and experience true and invariable life.
