When you are ready, you take that leap and decide, “I will no longer pay that much attention to, be interested in or concerned about what is or is not going on in the physical sense of body.

I will no longer attempt to heal the physical experience by physical means.

    I will now lift into pure spiritual consciousness, in the realization that consciousness is my body.

My whole experience is the one body of experience, the one body of being, my individual and unique body of experience.

Consciousness is my body . . .
