Presence cannot “also” be absence. Because God is omnipresence, an absence of God simply does not exist, therefore an absence of good simply does not exist.

There is never absence of any good person, thing, or condition in your experience despite the strongest sense testimony that there is.

The inner and the outer are one and the same. As human consciousness, we sense a difference, yes, and if we believe what we sense we are the cause of the apparent difference between the inner and the outer. But if we ignore material appearance and know that all is God—oneness and omnipresence—we are the light of truth that reveals the fullness of God, good, in the very place where an absence appeared to exist.
