Even as collective belief is trying its hardest to convince me of the reality of matter—that my body is physical and that it is in some way or another ill, diseased or injured, that it is suffering and painful, or that I am experiencing some form of lack or limitation, sadness or loneliness—I realize the untruth of it.

I “loose it and let it go.”

Even in the middle of the storm, I realize the reality of oneness, of God, of spirit as all I am and all I have.
