Whether I am looking out at a human being, an animal, an insect, a plant, a thing, amount, activity, place or condition, I realize that he, she or it is the omnipresence and infinity of consciousness.

I let go of any belief that my physically-sensed body is separate and different from the bodies of all the other people and things in the world.

I realize that consciousness (not physicality) is my body, consciousness (not materiality) is my universe and everything it constitutes.

Consciousness is my body. My body is a body of awareness (consciousness) not a body of physicality and is therefore infinite and omnipresent.
