For the next seven days, continually think about the infinity and omnipresence of consciousness as I, consciousness as body.

Lift, minute by minute, into a greater living awareness of oneness, not multiplicity.

Become aware of the entirety of your consciousness as being your body.

Withdraw or begin to lose—really, truthfully begin to lose or dispel—the belief in the body being physical.

All is God which is spirit and truth, therefore the body is spirit and truth even though we have a physical sense of it.
