All of the world’s scripture, in one way or another, instructs us to rise in conscious awareness.
There is significantly greater spiritual receptivity in world consciousness today—much greater than when the scriptures were written. This greater receptivity allows us to hear simplified and clarified truth which was near-impossible to hear even one hundred years ago.
And so let us, with opened spiritual receptivity, hear the profound message of the Twenty-Third Psalm.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
When spiritually discerned, this first verse is enough for any individual to witness his freedom here and now. The “Lord,” the unconditioned and unconditional mind, the mind full of God, the mind which is God and the form of all existence, is my shepherd, my way-shower, my God experience presented freely to me.
No wonder we “shall not want.” What could we possibly be left wanting for when our entire universe including every daily detail is full of the forms of God, good?
