The moment you grasp this you have found the place of freedom. Consciousness is life. There is no other life, there is no other “place” where life exists, there is no other “state” or form of life, there is no other tangible experience of health, vitality, and youthfulness.

Consciousness itself is the life, the “place” where life exists, and the body of life. Rise to where life exists. There your fully healthy, vital and strong body is—real and tangible.

Rise to the “penthouse” of awareness—the spiritual kingdom where the body is forever healthy and vital—rather than dwelling on the “ground floor” of existence, the “physical” sense, which is subject to both good and bad states of health.
