Oneness is consciousness; consciousness is oneness. Oneness is and has all that consciousness is and has, fully existent as itself alone, fully whole and perfect at every point of itself simultaneously.

Therefore, consciousness is the only body, oneness is the only body. Your body is the body of consciousness, the body of oneness, the body of infinity and omnipresence.

Your body is the body of the entire universe you are conscious of, and all it constitutes.

Body is consciousness. Do you catch the immensity and immediate freedom of this great truth?
