Begin to drop the personal, physical, local sense of the body. You do not exist in a physical body because you are consciousness.

Consciousness cannot fit into something—anything. Consciousness exists as the whole infinity and omnipresence of itself as everything you are conscious of.

Your body is and is in you (is and is in your consciousness); your body is just one of the infinite variety of forms (bodies) of consciousness of which you are individually conscious.
