The body of love and life (health) becomes ever-more tangibly evident as I realize that my body is consciousness—pure consciousness.

In this realization I rest and bear witness to the true presence, function, and activity of the body. Effort to maintain “physical” health is no longer required. The spiritually realized body is self-complete and self-maintained. It takes care of itself. I am free to live, to express, to give, to serve, to fulfill my true purpose as spiritual being, rather than having to labor for even basic health, vitality, and youthfulness.

Pure consciousness is what I am. Pure consciousness is what my body is. I and my body are one, and that one is God. I am, my body is, and my entire universe is consciousness—pure consciousness.
