There is only one, and that one is incorporeal, omnipresent, eternal life. Where is there, in that case, anything except the one, incorporeal, omnipresent life? There is none other. You, I, and all people are the very presence and form of the one life. Our realization of this truth opens our consciousness to it, and because consciousness and body are one, the body responds like a mirror image revealing its health.
