I am life—I am life infinite, omnipresent and eternal.
    My constant conscious realization of this truth evidences itself as new health and vitality of the body.

I must never take thought for the body, its health, its strength, its youthfulness in itself. My every thought must be on God; my every effort must be for God realization.

God realization evidences itself as the true body, but if I take thought for the body in itself I cut myself off (in experience) from the very substance, form, and activity of life that supplies the body sense.
