I put down what I was reading, and gave the whole of my being, body and world to God. I realized that what I thought of as being ‘me’, ‘my body’ and ‘my world’ was not; it was God.

A deep, blissful, total rest and relaxation quickly spread throughout me as, for the first time, I let God be the whole presence, being, body and world of itself as my being.

No longer was there ‘me’ and ‘mine’ but just God.
