Let’s begin with the body. Let’s say we find ourselves with an injury, illness or disease, pain somewhere in the body. What are we to do? The first thing we must learn to do is recognize the nothingness of the ‘it’ itself’.
We must realize that any experience we can name, good or bad, is not God — not true, not of truth, but of belief alone — and if not true (not God), then having no law or principle to support or sustain its presence in our experience.
