Keys To Effective Spiritual Treatment

    In this way—as we feel God happening throughout our being and universe—we are being the spirit, the light of the person or condition that has come to us with the claim of illness, disease, injury or decrepitude, or of our “own” sense of need. We are being the light of the world, and quickly that light we are being (as God felt happening within) opens and reveals the truth and harmony and wholeness of the person or the condition, or of our own sense of need. The image and likeness of truth is illumined and becomes visible.

NOT PERSONAL SELF BUT GOD-SELF

    The experience of God felt happening within has nothing to do with our knowledge or skill. No amount of spiritual knowledge or skill can evidence even a grain or moment of God. It is when we are still and empty of self, a nothingness, a vacuum in which no personal self can be found anywhere about, that we feel our truth happening—God happening as itself as us (just as the sun happens as itself as the sunbeam).
